Home & Auto Claims – what to expect

Sadly, most people will have an incident in their lives that will require a Home or Auto claim to be filed on their insurance policy. Knowing what to expect can offer piece of mind to a stressful situation. Below are some things to expect if the situation arises.

After contacting your agent, a claim will be entered with the insurance company. Typically within 24 hours an adjuster will be assigned and contact you. Once the insurance adjuster contacts you, they will offer suggestions as well to make the process as seemless as possible for you.
