Prior Knowledge

Did you know that your Liability insurance has a prior knowledge exclusion? If you or any other employee who is authorized to file an insurance incident knew of a bodily injury or property damage incident that occurred prior to the policy effective date, and it wasn’t reported, you may not have any coverage. Even if you feel that you probably aren’t liable for the incident, report it anyway.
