Risk Management Seminar
Join Professional Underwriters this Thursday, April 18th for our 34th annual Risk Management Seminar for Design Professionals. This 4 hour program is registered with the AIA/CES for 4 learning unit hours and qualifies for health, safety and welfare.
Our experienced speakers will be having a detailed discussion about contract language and how to construct a viable contract. They’ll also touch on a new topic about the legal and ethical implications of AI and it’s impact on the design professional. Plus everyone’s favorite, an open forum on real life claims scenarios and what we can learn from past mistakes.
