Easter Egg WARNING!
Did you know? Hard boiled eggs left out at room temperature longer than 2 hours should not be eaten – YIKES! My whole life we’d color eggs Easter morning then proudly display them as an edible decoration for a day or two. Who knew just how great our risk for food poisoning from salmonella was after such a short period of time?! Not me. I figured since the eggs were fully cooked that they’d be fine. Oh, how wrong I have been!
