a/e ProNet is a network of independent insurance brokers specializing in serving the professional liability insurance and risk management needs of design professionals. Members are located throughout the United States and in London.

These educational videos are presented as part of the Association’s mission to provide an independent source of professional liability insurance information and risk management resources for the design industry.

Laurie Randolph, Esq., discusses that the best defense for a design professional is a written contract that includes a clear, concise scope of services. It should be a “meeting of the minds” of both the professional and the client about what specific services will be provided by the professional and by the client.
